Refund & Return Policy – Jewelry Items

 

🕒Your Right to Cancel and Return

Under EU consumer protection law, you may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods. You then have another 30 days to return the item(s).

Returned items must be in unused, undamaged condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

 

❌Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the sealed bag has not been opened.

  • This includes items with engraving, clip-on conversions, or any made-to-order specifications.

  • This includes gift sets, advent calendars, or seasonal limited editions.

🚚Return Procedure

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Carefully pack your item(s), include your order number and contact information, and return it with a trackable shipping method.

  3. Return shipping costs and risks are the buyer’s responsibility.

💳Refunds

We will process your refund within 30 business days after receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
