WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

 

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We ship internationally from our studio/warehouse in Asia. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 10–30 business days

  • Europe: 10–30 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 10–30 business days

  • Other regions: may vary based on destination

Please note:

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing or holidays.

  • Items marked as “Backordered” may take longer to ship. Delivery estimates are shown on the product page. If not, feel free to contact our customer support for more information

Q: Do you offer free shipping and how are return costs handled？

A: Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
However, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Of course, in this case you can always contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to niceyip137@gmail.com .Please always mention your order number and take a picture of the broken item. This way our customer service can help you as soon as possible!

Returns & Cancellations

How long do I have to return?

You may cancel your order within 30 days after receipt, and then you have 30 more days to return the product. Items must be unworn, with original packaging and packing slip.

Yes, but you must also return the gift. If you choose to keep it, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return part of a bundle?

Yes. We’ll refund the difference between the bundle price and the item(s) you keep.

Example: Bundle price €100 – value kept €52.95 = refund €47.05.

WHAT ARE SWAROVSKI PEARLS?

Swarovski pearls are high-quality imitation pearls made by the Austrian company Swarovski. They have a beautiful luster and consistent shape, designed to mimic the look of real pearls. They’re durable, elegant, and widely used in fashion jewelry.

Baroque pearls are irregularly shaped, one-of-a-kind pearls. Most baroque pearls are genuine freshwater pearls. Their unique, organic shapes are part of their charm and natural beauty.

14K gold is a popular metal alloy containing 58.5% pure gold (14 karats out of 24). The remaining 41.5% is made up of other metals such as silver, copper, and zinc, which enhance the alloy’s strength, hardness, and durability. This combination makes 14K gold ideal for fine jewelry that balances beauty and long-lasting wear.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 14K GOLD IN CHINA AND THE USA?
  1. China’s 14K gold typically refers to 58.5% pure gold (Au585), but many items in the market are simply gold-plated or filled with less regulation.
  2. US 14K Gold-Filled follows strict standards — the gold layer must be at least 5% of the item’s weight. It’s much thicker than gold-plated, making it more durable, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant.

Gold-plated silver means a layer of gold is electroplated over sterling silver. While the layer is thin, with proper care, it can maintain its shine for months or even years. However, it is more prone to fading compared to gold-filled or solid gold pieces.
