Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:

  1. Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in a commercial or professional capacity and who places an order on our website.
  2. Entrepreneur: The person (or entity) operating this webshop.
  3. Distance contract: A contract where goods are sold online without face-to-face contact.
  4. Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the purchase within 14 days.
  5. Durable data carrier: Any tool (email, file, etc.) used to store information for future reference.

We operate from China and ship orders from China or from regional warehouses depending on stock and logistics.

Article 3 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 Article 4 – The offer

  1. We do our best to present our products accurately through text and images. All prices include VAT (if applicable) and are listed in [USD/EUR]. Obvious errors in pricing or descriptions are not binding.

Article 5 – The agreement

  1. An agreement is established when a consumer places an order and completes payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Upon delivery of products:

  1. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise this right, please contact us at niceypiy137@gmail.com within the 30-day period. Products must be returned unused and in original condition.

Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

  1. Return costs are paid by the buyer. Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we will refund your payment within 30 days via the original payment method.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal 

This right does not apply to:

  1. Customized or personalized items
  2. Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings) that have been unsealed
  3. Products made to your specific instructions

 

Article 9 – The price

  • Prices are stated in [USD/EUR] and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices without notice. Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit card, or other available methods at checkout.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

  1. We guarantee that the product matches its description and is fit for use.
    Warranty does not apply if the item is:
  2. Used improperly or carelessly
  3. Modified by the buyer or a third party
  4. Damaged due to misuse

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

  1. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Most orders are shipped within 3–7 business days and delivered within 7–30 days depending on your location.
  2. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Article 12 – Duration transaction: duration, termination and extension

  1. We do not currently offer subscription-based products. This article is not applicable.

Article 13 – Payment

  1. All payments must be made in advance through the methods offered on our website. If your payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Article 14 – Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  1. if you have a complaint, please contact us directly at info@pauliepocket.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 14 business days.
  2. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers can file complaints via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Article 15 – Disputes

  1. Only Dutch law applies to agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply. Even if the consumer lives abroad.
  2. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.

 Article 16 – Additional or deviating provisions

  1. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of our site implies agreement with any revised terms.
